How can I get a quote?

What is the order process?
After receiving a quote you choose your products, quantities, colors and any other options available. You can call, fax, or email your order. A customer form will need to be completed so that your information can be set-up in our system if it is your first time ordering. An invoice will then be generated. We will email you a proof of your layout. Upon approval payment will be needed to place your order.
What types of payments are accepted?
- Credit Card (MC and Visa)
- Checks (Business, Personal)
- Money Order
- Paypal
Payment must be received in full before product is shipped.
What are minimum quantities?
Minimum quantities vary between products and vendors. On majority of our products there is no minimum order. Please email or call us with the minimum quantity you are interested in and the desired product type. We will advise if there is a minimum order on that product.
How long will my order take?
Most orders will be completed within 10 days from when you approve your artwork. Lead times vary between vendors and some offer rush services for an additional charge. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact It's Time Promotions representative for pricing and timeframe.
What type of artwork do you accept?
We require camera-ready artwork to print from in the form of:
- .eps or .ai files (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator)
- .cdr files (Corel Draw)
- . jpg or .tiff – HIGH RESOLUTION ONLY – 300dpi and above
Please DO NOT send us:
- Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
- Web files, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, HTML, XML, etc.
- Hard files, such as artwork that is faxed or mailed will have to be vectorized and a fee will apply to those jobs.
If you do not have one of the files listed in the first section, we can convert your logo or ideas into the proper format for a minimal set up fee.
Outline of Set Up Fees:
- Logo Design - starts at $75.00 (charged by the hour) - One Time Fee
- Vectorizing Fee - turning Your logo into the proper format for Vinyl, Pad Printing, Silk Screening - $60.00 - One Time Fee
- Embroidery Design - Converting your logo in embroidery format - This varies on stitch count, approx. amount is $70.00 - $150.00. We can quote on this for a more accurate amount. - One Time Fee
- Pad Printing - Screen Set Up, Plate Set Up - $60.00 per plate or screen. These are subject to a reorder fee of $20.00 as long as no changes are made to the design ie. size, text, etc.
- Golf Ball Printing - Set Up Fee $25.00.
